Battery Energy Storage Systems

Fast charging. Smart storage.
Reliable supply.

CP200L

Our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) ensure reliable, zero-emission and cost-effective power supply. They store electricity from renewable sources such as photovoltaics or wind, smooth fluctuations, and deliver energy exactly when it’s needed.

With state-of-the-art lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology, liquid cooling, integrated Energy Management System (EMS), and advanced fire protection, G33 BESS are the ideal solution for industry, commerce, districts, and off-grid applications.

At the heart of our battery storage solutions is the CP200L single module. It combines a compact design with high power density and serves as a scalable base for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure use.

BESS single module with 215 kWh
Performance data:
  • Energy capacity: 215 kWh

  • Power: 100 kW

  • Technology: Lithium iron phosphate (LFP)

  • Cycle life: > 6,000 cycles

  • Efficiency: > 98%

  • Operating range: Indoor and outdoor (−30 °C to +55 °C, IP54 rating)

The CP200L can operate as a standalone unit or be combined into larger systems—flexibly scalable to your energy demand.

Peak Shaving

Cut demand peaks—reduce electricity costs effectively.

Peak shaving means identifying and purposefully capping spikes in power consumption.

Many operations experience short periods of sharply increased demand—e.g., when machines start up simultaneously or EV charging infrastructure is in use. These peaks drive up network charges, as grid operators base their fees on maximum demand.

A Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) charges at low load times from the grid or from renewables such as PV. When a demand peak occurs, the BESS responds within milliseconds and provides the additional power. Grid load remains steady—the peaks are shaved.

Benefits:

  • Cost reduction: lower demand charges and network fees

  • Grid relief: more stable load without extreme fluctuations

  • Efficiency: optimal use of self-generated power

  • Planning certainty: consistent energy draw regardless of consumption patterns

FAQ
